Being a Filipino citizen I can’t say that Filipino cuisine is the greatest cuisine in the world but I can say that it is the best, at least that’s what my tongue says to me. Me boasting my land of birth cuisine is not new and everyone in the world will probably do that too, so why not promote what’s ours?
Filipino cuisine is the best, by saying this it means that it is the best in its own way, some people may not like it but for me it is simple yet extraordinary. With 7,107 islands more or less Filipino cuisine are blessed with natural resources, from seafood to vegetables leaving creative Filipinos to create or invent amazing dishes. So when you hear Filipino cuisine take the chance to taste it, it will be worth it.
So what special in Filipino cuisine? as what I say earlier Filipino cuisine is simple but it is extraordinary, some didn’t like but also some some become so hook on it, like those tourist from other country who travel to Philippines just to taste or taste again our dishes. It also reflects the diverse cultures throughout the archipelago, features strong influences of foreign countries and it is adaptable to different tastes and seasons which is probably the reason why some foreign persons become hook on it.
Filipino cuisine is not only the best cuisine in the world, others also features great dishes, it is just only base on our perspective or view and for my perspective ours is the best of all, Filipino cuisine is the best!
